Kerry met this week with Chief Superintendent John Long, who is responsible for policing in Bristol.They discussed issues ranging from anti-social behaviour, the move to neighbourhood policing across the city and the accompanying changes in staffing structures, the proposed upgrading of cannabis to a class B drug, counter-terrorism measures and the recent arrests in Bristol,and the need for better funding for agencies working with drug users.
