Kerry went along to the Mela in Eastville Park today, which was organised by the Sikh Resource Centre.Accompanied by Paul Smith, Labour’s candidate for Bristol West, and Cllrs Faruk Choudhury and John Deasy, she toured the stalls at the festival and then joinedthe Lord Mayor, Cllr Royston Griffey, on stage to cut a cake to mark the Centre’s 25th anniversary.Kerry was also presented with a trophy as thanks for her work with the Sikh community.
