The Annual General Meeting of the Bristol Debt Advice Centre took place today at Armada House, and Kerry attended as guest speaker to talk about the Government’s work in promoting financial inclusion. Her speech included an update on progress on basic bank accounts, free cashpoint machines, new credit union legislation and Bristol credit union’s success in distributing low-cost loans from the Department of Work and Pensions’ Growth Fund.
