Acceptable Behaviour

I recognise that some people who contact me and my team may have reason to feel aggrieved, upset or distressed. However, it is not acceptable when anger is directed towards me or my employees.

In a small number of cases, a person’s behaviour while engaging with us may become unacceptable because it involves abuse of my employees or our service.

Therefore, my office has a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, rude, aggressive, or offensive communications – I am steadfast in my duty of care to my staff. If necessary, any such correspondence will be forwarded to the police.

Read my Acceptable Behaviour Policy here.
