Kerry was delighted today to take part in presentations to some of the regional winners of Remploy’s ‘Leading the Way’ awards. First stop was the Food Court in the Galleries, where the team was congratulated for its inclusive approach towards employing people with disabilities.Kerry then went on to the Pithay, to give Julia, from Job Centre Plus, an award for the immense dedication she has shown in her work placing people with disabilities in employment, going ‘the extra mile’ to ensure their needs are met. Kerry will also be attending the national awards in London in October, along with Julia and some of the team from the Galleries.
